All did really well with Ammad’s (one of the local college students completing placement hours with us) new games as well, identifying the colours and matching up the cones with the hoops 🔵🟡

U13s
Today we faced a new challenge from a team we haven't played before this season - Thornensians. We welcomed them to Dukes Park and at warm up they looked a well drilled, fast team. I was a little worried. How wrong could I be !
The tone of the match was set in the first few minutes with Jackson breaking the line to score our first try. Everyone in the team was fired up. Harlan leading the forwards to once again be dominant using power, strength and speed. Rucking and counter rucking was superb. All the forwards did brilliantly. Harlan, Arron, Carson, Jackson, Louie and Bobby/Jayson - well played !
Josh stepped up again with superb play, spotting gaps, controlling play, running, kicking (I'm sure Dan won’t mind just this once) and spreading the ball. Milo was in the thick of it tackling, rucking, running and passing - he seemed everywhere !
Rees, Dylan, Oliver and Ollie also played their socks off passing, running and scoring some wonderful tries - as did Jayson and Bobby. Yes you heard it right Jayson and Bobby both scored tries - well done boys with Jayson getting the loudest cheer of all !
Finally Riley at full back running, passing and tackling giving his all for the team.
The final score was 60 - 0 to us and players of the match went to Milo, Jackson and Bobby.
The whole TEAM gave a superb performance today - well played.
