Bridlington Rugby Union Football Club is looking for a passionate and inspiring individual who will build on the success of our rugby program. As a Youth Development Officer, you will work with both primary and secondary schools, to increase the participation in rugby. The role requires an individual with the ability to inspire young people from a range of backgrounds to engage in playing rugby union.

You will be expected to coach a variety of inclusive Tag, Touch and Contact rugby activities and deliver across curricular sessions in both primary and secondary school settings. In addition to coaching, a key aspect of the role involves project management and coordination of programmes. Working across primary and secondary schools, a proven ability to build relationships in these environments is essential.

The position is based in Bridlington, evening and weekend work will be required. Applicants must hold a full driving licence as a vehicle will be supplied, to transport you and your training equipment between the club and local schools.
